I fell in August 2022 and dislocated my shoulder. I received speedy and excellent care at St Helier A&E and the orth team and was referred to Mr Little's ortho team at Epsom Hospital for further care as I had torn my rotary cuff and had very limited movement. I had a consultation with Mr Little who was attentive in listening to my concerns but also gave me possible outcomes of doing nothing or going for surgery and so I opted for surgery which proceeded on 4th Jan 2023. My shoulder has healed very well and I continue to make further progress with physio, but have full movement of my shoulder with no pain. Behind any great surgeon is a great team, so whilst I wholeheartedly recommend and thank Mr, Little for excellent care, all of his team are to be congratulated for for excellent service. I don't think private healthcare would have done better.

The treatment which I received from Nick Little and his team of staff from all support disciplines was outstanding from the time of initial injury to, and complex breakage of, my left humerus and throughout his corrective surgery and my subsequent rehabilitation. My gratitude is specifically directed to him for his exceptional medical skills and for his personal support and informed encouragement throughout all the varied stages of my recovery. I also greatly appreciate the assistance from numerous members of his support staff and carers in various disciplines at St Helier, Epsom, and Leatherhead Hospitals. A great multi-discipline team lead by Nick Little whose collective efforts are greatly appreciated.

A bit of a struggle admin wise getting to the actual procedure but I guess this is now quite common . Nick did a great job and I’m all back to normal! Highly recommend Mr Little.

I had a grade 5 AC joint separation following a fall. Mr Little carried out reconstruction surgery and I’m now fully functional with only a minimal scar. The operation was more risky due to my age being 66 but Mr Little explained the risks and the results are amazing and I’m pain free again and have full movement. Mr Little provided a very professional and friendly service with extensive follow ups and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
